Setup of RPA Platform and Delivery Unit to automate the back-office task from Operations.
- Architecture / governance and operational concepts
- Development of various delivery locations in Germany, India and Bucharest.
- Hiring and mentoring of internal and external employees.
- Budget and Delivery responsibility for the RPA Projects in Germany and other in-house international clients like Italy, Spain and Wealth Management.
